Hatshark ships products both domestically and internationally. Our shipping policy allows for our customers to pick their method of shipment from the check out page. There is a 1-2 day turn around for your orders. We will always provide the tracking number of your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products or services, please call (952) 876-9349, and let one of our representatives help you. Any Ready-Made items that you are not satisfied with can be returned within 30 days of purchase, and we will send you a replacement free of charge except shipping fees.
Any Customized items that you are not satisfied with can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If there is a mistake made by one of our employees, or you are simply not happy with the end product, we will send a new version with free shipping. If an error was made by the customer, then we will not cover the expense.
